While away this past weekend I thought it best to record a video in the hotel gym. Hotel gyms usually suck and are very limited in the workouts you can do.
This workout focuses a lot on you upper body. Keep a good pace and you’ll definitely get the heart rate up with this one. Remember to never sacrifice form for speed. Do all 4 exercises in a row non stop as many times as possible for time. Beginner – 5min😃

Moderate – 10min😠
Advanced – 15min😡
Minhsane – 20min💀

Ps. I did do a 5 Min jog to warm up on the treadmill and after 15min of the WOW I did about 5 Min of ab work to finish.
