Coach Henry, our head boxing coach (in our Fairfield location) and functional training specialist, brings expertise in muscle recovery to the ring. Coach Peterson is a seasoned expert in group training, athletic performance, and functional training. His tailored approach goes beyond workouts, aiming to enhance overall functionality and empower clients to excel in their daily lives through dynamic sessions and specialized techniques.
