At Final Round Training, we believe that building healthy habits, confidence, and physical strength should start early. That’s why we offer customized personal training for kids ages 6 and up, designed to meet your child’s unique abilities, interests, and goals.

Whether your child is brand new to fitness or already active in sports, our expert coaches create fun, safe, and engaging sessions that focus on their development. Each session is tailored to your child’s needs and can include general fitness, boxing, speed and agility, and even grappling.

Our approach is about more than just movement—it’s about building character, resilience, and discipline through physical activity. We focus on proper technique, age-appropriate progression, and most importantly, making sure kids enjoy the process and feel supported every step of the way.
