At Final Round Training, our small group boxing sessions are designed to teach you proper boxing technique while building your endurance and strength.
Each 45-minute session is limited to 6 participants, so you’ll always receive personalized attention from our expert trainers. With a focus on form and technique, we ensure your workouts are safe, effective, and fun.
