In this video Gary from Final Round brings you a 9 minute follow along boxing workout. This workout is great for beginners who want to learn to box and get in a great cardio workout at the same time. All you need is a bottle of water, a towel and yourself.
The workout is broken up into 3 rounds with a short rest between each round. In each round you’ll practice improving your combinations as well as mixing in some Calisthenics exercises. This workout is designed to elevate your hear rate and burn tons of fat in a short period of time.
