You don’t need a lot of equipment to get in a good workout. If you only have 1 kettle bell doing a something like a complex (series of exercises using only one piece of equipment) can be a great way to get in a safe, quick and effective workout.
Here we have “Team Rush Hour” coming through again with another awesome workout for you all. Just set your timer, preform 10 reps of each exercise and get through as many sets as you can. As always remember to never sacrifice form for speed. We hope you all enjoy!
