Happy Monday everyone. Once again it’s time for your workout of the week. Today’s workout was put together by none other than our very own Minh (aka The Asian Ass King) so obviously it’s a leg day special. In this workout we will be working both strength and explosive power. This is great to add into any leg day routine.
Preform 1 set of 10 KB Deadlifts followed by 4,6,8 or 10 of the squat hop to box squat combo. Repeat as desired. As always never sacrifice speed for form. We hope you all enjoy.
