Team “Rush Hour” once again with another awesome workout for you all. This one is very simple but will really get your core and shoulders pumping fast.
If you cannot preform a deck squat you can easily modify doing a burpee or a walk out. Your reps are as follows:
– deck squat x10
– push-up x15
– high plank spider x20
Do as many reps of each in your desired time. And as always never sacrifice form for speed. We hope you all enjoy!
