Here’s another Workout of the Week for you guys. We’re going to focus on Cardio & Core this time. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and try to push yourselves but running or shadowboxing for 30 seconds between the cardio and core rounds. Once you’re done start over and see how long you can go.
